Steps for the Offer to Purchase
1) If there are more cars that you are looking for in addition to this one, please fill out the order form. We are willing to provide you with all the information you request.
2) Negotiate by exchanging messages
- Total Price: FOB Price (not including freight cost) or C&F Price (Cost & Freight), insurance cost, inspection fee etc
- Payment Terms & Payment Date
- Condition of the item
3) After you have reviewed all available information about the car and you feel fairly comfortable that this is the car for you, we propose to use a purchase agreement and put down a deposit to remove the car from the market.
The purchase agreement and deposit effectively keeps the car from being sold out from underneath you while you make arrangement for financing, and obligates you to the purchase so long as everything about the car is as represented. A purchase agreement should be signed by both parties, outlining the terms of the sale.
Why put down a deposit?
This tells us that you are serious about the car. You are saying that yes, I have the money to buy the car and if it is everything that it is represented to be, I will buy it. This gives you first rights to the car, meaning that the car will not be sold out from under you. Before sending your deposit money, you should trust the seller (us) and be sure your deposit is refundable. In the event a deal is cancelled by Buyer, the deposit money will be refundable, except for bank transfer commission. If the deal goes the deposit shall be credited to the purchase price of the car.
Q: How much deposit is required in advance?
The required deposit amount is determined by your car’s purchase price(s).

Q: Can I send money in USD?
Yes, we accept payments in USD, Yen, and Euro. However, all payments will be converted into Japanese Yen using the exchange rate of the day.

Q: How many days will be required from the placement of an order until the purchase of the vehicle?
It regularly takes 2-3 weeks from the day of offer. But this also depends on how promptly pre payment is made, the parameters of the desired car, it’s price, Japanese auction popularity.
